Selah is expanding, and we’re seeking an Associate Consultant to kick off their role with proofreading responsibilities! This position is ideal for those who excel in spotting errors and ensuring clarity in communication.⁣ 🕊️ ⁣

Work Style: Remote
Type: Part-time, Freelance
Salary: Hourly Rate

Requirements:

• Able to work at least 5 hours per week or as assigned projects require
• With own computer and internet connection
Good analytical, problem-solving, spoken, and written communication skills are a must
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Background in Canva, Google Forms, and Zoho Surveys a plus
• Depending on the project assigned, willingness to travel to client offices for meetings (out-of-pocket expenses shall be reimbursed)

Work Responsibilities:

• Analyze and create reports on customer data (e.g., surveys, employee database)
• Assist in the development of business strategies for client organizations
Conduct market research (competitors, customers)
• Assist in the development of project outputs, including but not limited to:

○ Presentation decks and related materials for business development, training, and other related initiatives
○ Policies and procedures, reports in English or Taglish (depending on the project),
○ Forms and online surveys via Google Forms and/or Zoho Survey
○ Minutes of client meetings
○ Social media/website images and copy
○ Other outputs as projects require

• Depending on the project, visit client offices to conduct activities pertinent to project objectives (e.g., interviews and process walkthroughs, support during training)
• Other activities pertinent to projects that may be assigned from time to time.
